46th Ward Zoning & Development Committee Meeting Minutes

About the 46th Ward Zoning & Development Committee:

Representatives from over 30 diverse neighborhood organizations throughout the ward make up this committee. Representatives include members from various block clubs, condo boards, affordable housing buildings, as well as experts in urban planning, affordable housing and historic preservation (See below). Every resident has at least one representative serving on this committee. Each building or organization sends one representative of their choosing to the Zoning & Development Committee.  Non-members may attend as room allows and they can submit questions to be asked by their representative at the meeting. Committee Meetings:

Meetings of the 46th Ward Zoning and Development Committee are scheduled as needed. All committee members and the public are welcome to attend. Currently our meetings are held via Zoom due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
