Vaccines for kids 5-11 are here! Vaccines are open to all Chicagoans age 5+ this Saturday, December 18th and Saturday, January 8th from 9am-2pm at Truman College, 1145 W. Wilson Ave.
All Chicagoans age 5 and older are eligible to receive up to $100 with one $50 gift card for each primary Pfizer dose.
